Sustainable & responsible
We create solutions that reduce environmental impact and stabilize processes — effective and responsible.
Company
Since 2017, we develop microbiological technologies that reduce load in pipes and plants preventively — without harsh chemicals, structured and practical.
In a nutshell
Microbial fat splitting reduces deposits and odor inside the system. That helps make maintenance more predictable and reduces disruption risk.
Depending on the object, we define dosing points, intervals and monitoring — transparent and documented.
Designed for operations
Focus on stable processes: less odor, fewer deposits, fewer ad-hoc interventions.
Effects depend on the object and operating conditions. We work with pilot phases, monitoring and clear routines.
Lipobak stands for innovative, sustainable and environmentally friendly solutions for wastewater practice — built to transfer research and know-how into daily operations.
Values
We create solutions that reduce environmental impact and stabilize processes — effective and responsible.
Mission
Since 2017 we develop microbiological, biological and mechanical solutions to reduce operating costs and make maintenance more predictable.
Vision
We aim to improve how fats are treated in wastewater systems — with ecological and economic benefits, towards a sustainable and cleaner future.
With lipasanF® we provide a biological approach that helps make fats usable as an energy carrier while protecting the environment and materials — adapted to the application.
A short overview of development, practice transfer and evidence.
Started in Germany focusing on biological alternatives for pipe and plant operations.
Further development of lipasanF® and dosing concepts — practical and scalable.
Interviews, evaluations and references as a base for real-world transfer.
We cooperate with experienced partners from research and operations to ensure quality, safety and real-world applicability.
Lipolysis splits fats (triglycerides) into biologically usable intermediates. This can reduce deposits and odor, protect materials and stabilize processes.
Principle
The approach is based on biological processes inside the system — not on corrosive “quick fixes”.
Setup
We start pragmatically: analysis → dosing concept → pilot → routine operation.
Intervals depend on usage, temperature, inlet points and local conditions.
Outcome
Goal: stable operation — fewer disruptions, predictable maintenance and better workflows.

What you get
If you want evidence, a concept or a pilot discussion: we respond quickly and clearly structured.
We think systemically: if organic material is recovered sensibly, benefits arise for operations, environment and energy balance.
The updated EU Urban Wastewater Treatment framework (Regulation/Directive package, incl. (EU) 2024/3019) introduces a pathway for larger municipal plants to become energy-neutral (target year 2045). Energy recovery from organics (incl. fats) is an important part of that direction.
Note: implementation depends on the plant, local rules and operating strategy.
System perspective
Energy, operational stability and environmental impact belong together in practice.
